✅ The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was delivered.
We do not accept returns for:

❌ Products that have been used, altered, or damaged due to misuse.
❌ Items not returned in their original condition or missing parts.

- You must hand over the item in its original packaging to our courier or delivery partner.

Since we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD):
